Custom Orders

All designs remain the intellectual property of Designs Couture' until final payment is received. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production begins.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 1/3 of total) is required to secure your production slot and event date.

Revisions

Every order includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after design approval. Rush orders are available with an additional fee.

Use of Images

By ordering, you grant Designs Couture' the right to photograph completed work for use in portfolio and marketing (no personal details shared).
