Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after production. International orders arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for Huntersville / Charlotte residents only, by appointment at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every order is custom made-to-order, all sales are final. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost — please report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 30% cancellation fee. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
